My appointment for service was scheduled for 930 on a Wednesday. On Friday morning when I hadn’t heard anything from them, I called to check the status of my car. It took three months to get our new truck. We had them put a new topper on it. The first one was the wrong topper. The second one was a very used topper. We dealt with Dusty who never returned our calls. Dusty also promised us free oil changes to make up for all the hassle we went through. When it came down to getting an oil change, Dusty said he never offered the oil changes and then once again never returned our phone calls. Also, contacted the GM who also never returned our calls. I will never deal with them again. I would not recommend this dealership to keep their word. More

Read the text Chris and a mechanic. I feel I was way overcharged. The wiring that needed fixed was billed at 3 hours. To do that they needed to disconnect the battery. I understand there are a few circumstances that add a few minutes but not the full 3 hour labor time. Chris did a super job for which you would be proud. The billing is why I gave a rating of a one. To expensive for what was done. For an oil change, and briefly check two other problems doesn't seem like that should take a day and a half, or cost $500 dollars.
