I was going back on forth on a Shelby Cobra with Michele via email and phone for about two months, and she was extremely pleasant and responsive, not to mention patient, with me, as I made my decision. We agreed on a very fair price for the vehicle, and Leo handled all the paperwork before I picked the car up, so that my wait was minimal. I took Amtrak up on Saturday morning, and Michele was there waiting for me, to drive me to the dealership, without me even knowing that I was being picked up! Thanks Michele! Overall, a very pleasant purchasing experience. I drove the car home with their dealer plates on it, and they are having the car registered for me and sending the plates by mail. I highly recommend this dealership. And the tires for life program was a clincher for me. Larry More

This is the second F150 pick up that I have purchased from Saybrook Ford and their approach has been very professional with no pressure but a great understanding of the product that Ed is selling. I was treated with respect and dignity and never once was pressured into making a deal. The purchase of the truck was very professional and was completely explained as the process proceeded. I look forward to dealing with Ed for future purchases. Other dealers should take a lesson from how he handles his customers. As a businessman, I understand the cost of overhead, and although their dealership building is old, they have maintained it in a very clear and bright manner which shows that you don't have to have a Taj Mahal with all that overhead to serve their clientele. Those facilities don't sell cars. It's the people inside the building and I agree with your philosophy that a "hand shake still counts". I would encourage anyone to go and visit Ed. I purchased a Ford Edge from Saybrook Ford and my salesman Ed Isenberg was great. He was very friendly, not pushy, made sure to show me different models of the car I was interested in and explained salesman Ed Isenberg was great. When we were going over the sales terms I never felt pressured. I didn't want the colors that they had on stock so he searched and found exactly what I wanted and had the car there within a day or so. When I picked up the car I noticed that there was a minor part missing (cosmetic in nature) and he ordered the part immediately and when it came in he actually came to my house to pick up the car to take it to the service department for me. He has checked in numerous times to make sure everything is good and he also made sure when I picked up the car that I was comfortable in the car before driving off. Made sure I knew how to work everything which was especially good as the last car I purchased new was 16 years ago and technology sure has changed a lot since then! Overall it was a pleasant non-pressured enjoyable experience. More
I've been driving a 2005 Audi A6 (had an Allroad before the A6) and was looking for something different and more suited to my passion for bike riding ... and more room all around. I found the 2011 Ford Flex Limited just what I was looking for. I built on online and requested that Saybrook Ford (located in my home town) to contact me. Ed Isenburg called and we set a time to meet. Throughout the entire selection and purchase process, Ed was patient and extraordinarily helpful in guiding me and helping me to find a Flex Limited with all the features I wanted. That attention to detail continues long after the sale. When my wife was ready to trade in her 1995 Camry, I took her to see Ed to check out the new Ford Edge Limited. Once again, Ed was a delight to work with and located that hard-to-find red Edge that my wife wanted. The service department also needs special recognition for prompt and curteous service. I recommend Saybrook Ford, Ford vehicles and Ed Isenburg to my friends and associates. Lastly, I do not miss my Audi or Audi service. Just saying. :) More
