I didn't deal with Todd I was sent to a different salesman. I spoke with 3 different people throughout my buying experience. Buying the car was a smooth experience but the additional charges like add salesman. I spoke with 3 different people throughout my buying experience. Buying the car was a smooth experience but the additional charges like added warranty when I continuously voiced that only wanted gap was very irritating. I did ask for additional keys and the communication within the company was slow but otherwise fine. I did receive my additional key with no issues. Overall the finance department did not listen when I said I only wanted gap insurance and pushed for more. The sales department was very friendly and not pushy at all. More

They called to move my appointment an hour early. I dropped my car off a few hours before my appointment and they were able to get it in even earlier.
