Poor communication about what I had scheduled (they stated tire repair when I scheduled a pressure sensor repair). I never got a call when my vehicle was done and when I called asking the status on my stated tire repair when I scheduled a pressure sensor repair). I never got a call when my vehicle was done and when I called asking the status on my vehicle I was told 'oil changes only take half a hour, its been done for a while.' I had more than just an oil changed scheduled and they knew I had left and needed notification when it was done. More
