Sawyer Chevrolet - Service Center

The day prior to my service appointment, I called Sawyer to make arrangements for a ride home, at lunch time. I arrived, checked my vehicle in with the service writer, but was told that it would be 30 minut to make arrangements for a ride home, at lunch time. I arrived, checked my vehicle in with the service writer, but was told that it would be 30 minutes before someone would be available. one hour later, I enquired about the availability of someone to provide a ride home. I was told, "I have no idea when someone will be available." As with most of my interactions with GM and their dealers, most disappointing. I will never purchase another GM vehicle EVER AGAIN. Recommend that you avoid GM products. More
