From my initial contact with Drake M The sales desk manager, to Adam F my salesman, to Abe in finance, it was smooth sailing. I was so impressed with this dealership, I took the drive back to have my tints and ceramic coating done there as well. And each person I encountered was just as professional. You can fall in love with a vehicle, but if you don’t have a dealership that you can Build a relationship with, and rely on, then chances are you’re not gonna keep it long term and you won’t go back for another. This is my first Ford, that is because of this dealership. And due to my positive experience across the board, we will be back next year for an additional family vechicle. I highly recommend! More

I do a ton of research before I go to a dealership. I had narrowed it down to 3 vehicles.. a Mazda CX 50, Toyota Rav 4 and a Bronco Sport. Mazda dealership the lady was nice. Toyota the dealership was CHAOS and our guy was busy, and the person we were handed off to had the worst attitude. I go to Sawgrass Ford and the showroom was great! Was immediately asked if needed assistance, and as a woman, treated respectfully and not like..oh here look at this, its pretty. Worked with Kris Sanchez and Mario Rosina. I asked to test drive a specific Bronco Sport and that I wasnt making a decision today. No attitude given, we did the test drive, they answered my Qs and I went home. I wasnt able to decide as I had to travel for work and unfortunately that specific vehicle was sold. Kris was super kind and said that he would work with me to place an order for one so I could get exactly what I wanted. Meanwhile, I built both a Bronco Sport and a Bronco 2 door, and ironically someone elses order that they didnt end up buying was nearly identical to the Bronco 2 door build I created. I text Kris on a Sunday, and despite being closed he graciously answered all my Qs and set me up to test drive it the next day. I test drove it, loved it, and bought it. I traded in my vehicle and the whole process was nearly seamless. Especially considering all the Qs I asked the finance person Peter lol. So first issue was when I got home we noticed that the tow hitch that was a dealer add on hadnt been installed yet. I texted and they immediately set me up the next day to get that done, and went WAY above and beyond to inconvenience me as little as possible. More

Bought a new mach e and found an issue later that day with the passenger door not opening. I had to follow up with the sales rep to get me with service to get it fixed after two weeks (should have been a with the passenger door not opening. I finally brought it in to get fixed and they did fix it but as I got to work I noticed they broke the passenger side window switch. They told me to come back but total waste of my time and no one hmseems to give a crap. More
