Bought a new mach e and found an issue later that day with the passenger door not opening. I had to follow up with the sales rep to get me with service to get it fixed after two weeks (should have been a with the passenger door not opening. I had to follow up with the sales rep to get me with service to get it fixed after two weeks (should have been arranged immediately upon me notifying the rep the same day-it was a Saturday so service was closed). I finally brought it in to get fixed and they did fix it but as I got to work I noticed they broke the passenger side window switch. They told me to come back but total waste of my time and no one hmseems to give a crap. More

I had terrible service with Sawgrass ford service dept. My Ford f150 was in service for over 30 days for radiator and 4x4. The repair was covered by an extended warranty. The 4x4 was never fixed. I had a rental that they were suppose to authorize for to payment and I just received the bill for the rental for 30 days as well. Horrible customer service from Kyle and Dale (service manager). Not sure what kind of service manager he has no idea what is going on. They don't even answer phone calls or messages. Do not take your vehicle for service to Sawgrass Ford. More
Went to Sawgrass Ford as a freind recommended the dealership. The fleet manager Cam helped us. He was great. No pressure, answered all my questions.
