do not deal with 52441 Alissa Pecoraino (Service Advisor) let me start off with this: I own a 2014 black F-150 ecoboost and I live 4.5 hours from this dealership and I could not make it home do to a mechanica let me start off with this: I own a 2014 black F-150 ecoboost and I live 4.5 hours from this dealership and I could not make it home do to a mechanical problem, when the Service Advisor took our information I gave her my cell phone to contact ME when they find the problem, she also told me she would keep in touch with text.well I didn't get any phone call or text, she called my wife at home (I had to make a trip to California) my wife called me to let me know what was going on and I asked her to call the service advisor back and save the all the parts do to the large billI I would be paying. she told my wife it was to late, the parts are already gone. when I got back I made the trip to the dealership to get my truck ( i'm still upset for not getting my old parts and no contact from the Service Advisor) she lied to me telling me my wife didn't want her to contact me My wife said no such thing. Then when I get home, I went to wash my truck I find scratches in the paint. needless to say VERY up set with careless technicians and incompetent lieing service advisor More

He greeted me I want to applaud Sawgrass Ford's service consultant Eugene Smith for being very welcoming and informative about my 2017 Ford Explorer. He greeted me upon my arrival, kept me updated on the status of my SUV while I waited and then explained everything in detail about the completed service report regarding my SUV. I could drive 10 minutes to another Ford dealership that is closer to my house, but I rather drive 25 minutes to Sawgrass Ford for better service and a welcoming environment. Thanks again Eugene Smith !! More

Don’t take your vehicles there for service So I have had 2 bad experiences with this place I took my van in for service got everything done I picked up my truck on Thursday in the evening real So I have had 2 bad experiences with this place I took my van in for service got everything done I picked up my truck on Thursday in the evening really didn’t get to inspect the truck took the van home didn’t think anything of it went to bed planned a trip to leave on Friday the very next day I went to work came back packed everything in the van and that’s when I realize they crashed the back of the van at that time we were packed up and ready to leave so we left we called and told them what happened they told us to bring it in when we got back so I said ok went on trip and on the way back home My check engine light came on in the van started overheating I had to pull over immediately I open the hood that’s when I realize the coolant cap wasn’t even put on the van had no coolant now because they didn’t put the cap on my van today I have to bring it back in the shop having more problems with all types of oil leaking from underneath and a loud knocking noise when I go to stop this is a brand new 2015 Ford 350 transit 60,000 miles with all type of problems now thanks to Sawgrass Ford also they didn’t want to help me with the dent on the back of the van that they did they told me the van is parked in an area where there’s no cameras so there is nothing they can do so if you bring your vehicle in for service at Sawgrass Ford just know your car is parked where there’s no cameras just so you know More
