Happy with them! I got tired of dealing with the hassles at Dodge. I decided to make a switch to Ford. Was the best decision I ever made. Arrigo wanted that dealer fee I got tired of dealing with the hassles at Dodge. I decided to make a switch to Ford. Was the best decision I ever made. Arrigo wanted that dealer fee that I did not want to pay which just added insult to injury. So glad I found this Sawgrass place without having any dealer fees. I like the F-150 much more than the RAM. Had I known they were this nice I would have bought one a long time ago. More

I was scared thinking my only option was to buy a high mileage junker from one of those buy here-pay here dealers over on 441 or by Dixie Highway. They got me into a brand new Ford Focus and I am absolutely loving it. I walked in thinking I was going to be paying 12-15% interest and they ended up having a program this month for 0% for tier 4 credit. I cannot say how relieved I am. I went to 5 other dealers and ended up leaving so depressed after looking at the low quality/high mileage cars they had to offer. I never thought I'd be able to get another new car again. My payments on this new car are LOWER than the used ones I looked at! Sawgrass Ford came through in flying colors for me. Cannot say thank you enough. More
Worst service ever!!! We leased a 2013 ford fusion in February 2013. We also purchased the vehicle maintenance plan. On our 3rd oil change they forgot to put the oil cap We leased a 2013 ford fusion in February 2013. We also purchased the vehicle maintenance plan. On our 3rd oil change they forgot to put the oil cap on and we broke down 400 miles into a 1,900 mile trip. They wanted us to just put oil back in and continue on our way. We made them come to where we were and take the vehicle back to them. They finally put us in a rental, 2 days later and we were able to resume our trip. Speed forward 1.5 years and we are due for our 6th and final oil change. After waiting 2 hours for the oil change I get greeted by the service representative and he hands me the paperwork, telling me that the car is on the way around. I think "ok, everything is good". I start reading through the paperwork and find out that the engine air filter is due to be changed and the tire tread is low. I present this information to the rep and he tells me. "Oh, I can have them change that out if you want." At that time the key was handed to him by the service tech. I was furious as this seems to be the theme at this place. Do not take your vehicle here as they really do not care about it or you. More

Great dealership Came here over the weekend and then left to another dealer. Ended up returning. The other dealer gave me a good offer over the phone. Then when I got there, they did the bait and switch routine adding their dealer fee into the mix. Ultimately ended up getting a car from Sawgrass Ford. Their original quote did not change when it came to signing the dotted line. Thanks! More
Service Team is extremely slow and don't communicate I went in for some warranty work on my 6 month old mustang. The person took pictures and told me to set up an appointment to come back. I went back I went in for some warranty work on my 6 month old mustang. The person took pictures and told me to set up an appointment to come back. I went back a week later and they acted like I wasn't there the week before and started the entire process over again...meaning I would have to sit there all day AGAIN and wait for them to tell me they needed to order the part (which the consultant said would happen) and then come back in a few more weeks and sit there all day AGAIN for them to fix it. I took to another dealer and was told he gets a lot of people in the same situation from them. Save time and don't go there. Keep in mind, this review is regarding their service department, not their sales department. I will still recommend buying a car from Sawgrass....5 Stars for their sales department! More

Compared to dozens other dealer I've bought quite a few cars in the past from dealers all over. Shane took good care of me there when I bought my car. Compared to dozens other dealerships I've been to in the past, I can say without a doubt that this is one of the top 3 in my lifetime that I've liked buying from. It's far easier to buy from here than having to argue with the other dealers about getting them to remove their dealer fee's. The only additional fee's were an extended warranty and GAP insurance, which were both optional, but that's at any place you go. All the people I met and spoke with during the transaction were nice and courteous to me. I am very happy with my purchase from them. More

Great Job! I just brought my vehicle in for a transmission fluid change. They did a great job. Transmission shifts much smoother now. From dealing with service technician to the car porter, everyone has been terrific. More
