Celio in finance was clearly trained properly by the Finance Manager and deserves to be associated with a reputable dealership, not this one. More

Mitchell Vaquero was our sales rep and I had to get his card! He was so knowledgeable on all the vehicles we were asking questions about, it made us feel so comfortable with him and in our decision making. Our last visit when she leased her Corolla the salesman was not eager to show us any vehicles, was very rude and short, like we were wasting his time. Not Mitchell , he was very patient with us and on top of getting the keys for her to test drive the vehicles. He knew was very informative when we'd look at the different SUV's and he'd go over what that vehicle has as far upgrades and such. we greatly appreciated his patience and how communicative he was. We were so sad that the finance gentleman, who was also fantastic couldn't get us in the car she fell in love with, but I wanted to take this time to let you know that Mitchell and that finance guy were an incredible team to work with and they made our car buying experience painless. I will keep Mitchell's card and spread the word of his wonderful service. We will be back to get a car from him. More

The salesman was unprofessional, did not have a clue about the cars, the prices and inventory, every second he ran to the manager to ask what to do and for answers to our questions. The manager was sitting in his office, did not come out, did not care about nothing. So we left. They lost us as clients. More

I called ahead about a 2019 Corolla listed for $13,314 to confirm it was the true price I would be looking at. They said yes, so I drove an hour and a half to look at it. Test drove it, it reeked of cigarettes and had several burns in it, hadn’t been cleaned or detailed, but for the price I was happy to take it. They run my credit for financing, promising me a better rate than my pre-approval from my credit union, and come back telling me there’d been a huge mistake and the online listed price was the price THEY had paid for it and that it should have been listed for much higher. They tell me they’ll honor the $13,314, but then add on so many fees, including detailing, certifying, dealer fees, taxes, etc. and it comes out to a total of over $19,000. To go from $13,314 to almost 20 grand is outrageous in itself when I expected to pay at most about $15,000 out the door after fees. In my opinion that is not anywhere near honoring the price. I offered them $15,000 out the door and said I’d even clean it myself, but they said they simply could not sell it for that. None of this was my fault, I called ahead to make sure the price was accurate and I was told it was. They clearly were not willing to honor the price when it was THEIR mistake AND they ran my credit before catching this mistake, which is what really pissed me off in the end. They let us walk out the door with a “thanks for your time!” from a sales manager and no apology for the hit on my credit for nothing. Incredibly infuriating and unprofessional behavior. More
