First complaint is the hard selling auto glass contractor who is your first contact. They walk the vehicle telling you about how bad your windshield is and how they can change it free of charge. Insurance will pay, yada, yada, yada…..no thanks. my “chips” were actually tree sap that came off with a good scrub. The poor older woman they managed to pressure sat in an open area giving personal info over the phone to her insurance as their salesman sat by . At the very least do it on a private area!! Second, my service rep NEVER even introduced himself to me or sign me in. my truck was taken away, A coworker took my coupon for service and that was it! I never signed for any work, was never spoken to at all. Next warning sign. The usually packed service waiting area has 5 people, including me, waiting for service. At 7:30 am this was unheard of when the previous owner had this dealership. Something is off here and I should have asked for the truck back and left. Another warning should have been the constant “ please confirm your appointment “ emails and texts when I never set one up! I have had to tell them no less than three times I didn’t make an appointment. I am here now only because of a routine scheduled maintenance light. And of course they find multiple issues on 2 year old car…time to move to another mechanic. And most frustrating is watching this windshield scam over and over again. More

Worked with Colin, the General Manager, and he put together an amazing deal and had everything ready for me when I arrived. No surprise fees and the car was in excellent shape, beautifully detailed and filled with gas. Both the salesperson and the finance manager made it a super easy and pleasant experience. Super easy and straightforward from start to finish. Drove almost 2 hours each way for this vehicle and it was totally worth it. Highly recommend these guys at Sarasota Toyota!!! More
I visited 2 dealerships. This one was honest, upfront, the sticker price wasn't jacked up like at the other one. My salesman was Jonny. I talked with him when I stopped in to see what they had. That night I put an inquiry in online with Jonny's name in the notes stating that I had talked with him. The next day Marc called me and said he was taking over the transaction. I said I was working with Jonny. He tried his best to swipe the deal out from under Jonny but the good won out. Marc was taken off the sale. Jonny was 100% accommodating, it took a while to secure a Sienna because there are so few on the ground and they sell so fast but the next day we signed then on day 3 Jonny delivered it to my door. What a great salesman to work with! More
Was quote a price for a used Toyota, When business manager presented the invoice there were $2000 in extra fees added in. Most unethical dealership. When they did the paperwork, it had to be redone three times as there were 29 errors (wrong address typed 26 times, wrong email, wrong insurance company, etc.). Will never recommend them. More
Rip off! !! Do not go there for service, they even charge when you for use of a credit card to pay overpriced service bill...my wifes Lexus is way cheaper to m !! Oscar helped me buy a certified used vehicle. Very easy to work with, we even had issues with my wire and Oscar drove all the way up to pinellas county to pickup my check to allow me to walk away Very easy to work with, we even had issues with my wire and Oscar drove all the way up to pinellas county to pickup my check to allow me to walk away keys in hand. Very impressed by Oscar and the team. I never felt pressured to buy extras, they were straight up about pricing and we were cracking jokes the whole time. Great experience. More
This place will waste your time. I made an appointment for 230 and they had someone who showed up 20 mins late to his appointment go before me. Mind you , I talked to 3 people letting them know I had an appointment and the first 2 acted like they planned to help, but failed to do so by saying one minute stay here then never coming back. So then the service guy acts surprised I'm dropping my car off for service as if it isnt stated in the appointment process that I planned to drop it off. So I say , yes I need a rental because I have to go to work today. Then after all this bullcrap,he says, sorry we don't have any rentals. What a joke. It says you have rentals online and during the appointment process I stated I needed a rental. Maybe call customers with appointments that need rentals letting them know you dont have any? Pretty simple customer service stuff in mu opinion. Don't waste your time or money at this joke of an establishment. More
