Straightforward and Efficient Buying Experience I began my experience with Sunset on their website in my search for a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. The inventory listing on the website was extensive and informative. I found what I was looking for and queried the website for a price. I heard back from Stephen Cavalieri very quickly. He was courteous, and asked me a number of questions that showed me that he was trying to define my wants very closely. We agreed to an appointment time early the following morning. He met me at the dealership on time, and he had the exact vehicle that I was looking for ready to test drive. He pointed out the improvements to the vehicle over my existing 2013 model, and we returned to Sunset to negotiate. We quickly got down to terms, and we were somewhat far apart. The GM joined us, and we got to my comfort point on the price. The F&I man was very knowledgeable and presented options and recommendations that were helpful--even processing a refund on my existing Mopar extended warranty--which I received in five days. I have purchased more than 20 new cars over the last 50 years, and this was one of my best experiences. Straightforward, efficient, and friendly all the way through. Sunset CJD, can't...... Can't ........ Can't .... This was my third truck purchase from Sunset, my worst experience and also my last with them. Mark Vrancken was my salesman, nice guy but that where the complements end. Was not very knowledgeable on the Ram 2500 I was buying and failed to tell me the important things, like the truck has power windows and locks but does not have keyless entry. Wow, it's it 1975, one would assume that power windows and locks got you keyless entry. I know it came standard in 2003 with power locks. They could not tell me definitively that it could be added either, they recommend I void my warranty and have an aftermarket system installed. ( what a great idea !). After extensive research on the internet and speaking to several other dealers, it was apparent OEM keyless entry could be added to my truck. Being the loyal customer I am, I took it to Sunset to have them install the system ( even though they told me it could not be done, I have to give them the option codes and install info), they spent 6 hours attempting to make it work, then told me it was incompatible with my truck. As you can guess I left there very disappointed. I then contacted Arrigo Dodge is West Palm Beach who ran my vin number and told me they could do it no problem. I scheduled an appointment and made the trip down there ( 2.5 hour drive for me). Upon arrival they went over my concerns then rented me a 2017 Pacifica for $35 for the day ( wow, what a deal). Of course it only took them 2 hours to get the system up and running and to my surprise they even did the job for $100 less than quoted! Guess where I will be buying my next vehicle from, what a great experience. NOT TO MENTION, MARK VRANCKEN TOLD ME NOT TO BOTHER TO THE ATE THEM IF I WASNT GIVING THEM 5 STARS. WHAT A JOKE! Tony was so much more than just a professional salesperson, he made us feel comfortable and completely in control of our purchasing decisions. He was incredibly patient and always ready to help. Again, a truly amazing experience. We also had the pleasure of meeting Tim Reeher, very friendly and also ready to help with any questions. This was what we needed after having some really bad experiences at several "other brand" dealerships. When we are ready to buy again, Sunset will be first on our list! More

Great Experience Last year we bought a new Grand Cherokee from Sunset and last week we returned and bought a new Wrangler from Sunset. Our Salesman was Mark Vrancken, Last year we bought a new Grand Cherokee from Sunset and last week we returned and bought a new Wrangler from Sunset. Our Salesman was Mark Vrancken, Mark got us in and out in short order. My wife is short and Mark added a personal touch by installing two roll cage handles to make it easier for her to get into the Wrangler. Thanks Sunset & thanks Mark! More

We were visiting Florida when my husband accidently swam in the ocean with the keys in his pocket. Of course this ruined the keys. We were then stranded in Siesta keys and we were staying in Rotonda. In the process our hidden key got locked in the car. Aaaah, what next. I first spoke with Bob who got Fred to come pick me up at the beach and bring me to the dealership so we could get a key to open the car so the tow truck driver could get us in there and have a new key programmed. Fred was so sweet and kind, what a gentlemen. He encouraged me that all would be ok. At first they were unable to find my key in their stock, so we were going to have to wait until the next day to get our van, as you can imagine I was so frustrated because this meant I was going to have to rent a car to go back to Rotonda, Aaron searched hard and found a key in the stock that wasn't listed on the computer, so when I got to the dealership I got good news that we would be able to get that key programmed, however it was 4:00 and the dealership closed at 5:30, we weren't sure we could get it all done but Bob quickly called and got us a tow truck right there and Fred so willingly went back to the beach and picked up my family. The tow truck driver arrived within minutes and they got me to the beach and back, we were able to get my key programmed and we were on the road. You would think that would be enough but then in our haste to leave we left our diaper bag at the dealership. The next morning I called in right away and found that yes we had left the bag, I drove back to Sarasota to get it and on my way there my light came on saying my tire was low. Talk about your frustration. I was really worried but when I got to the dealership and I told Bob what had happened he said pull it into the garage and we will look at it. David was very sweet and attached the hoses to check the tires and let me know all was well and that it was just a sensor. We were then able to travel back to Indiana without fear of having a flat tire. I am so thankful for all of the guys that had any hand in helping us in our time of need on our vacation. Everyone was so very nice and helpful and I can never express how much I truly appreciate each and everyone of them. Thanks to everyone especially Fred and Bob. My Angels!!!! More
