Worst dealership ever. I called this dealership to get an appointment to do a regular service in my Jeep Compass 2022 on 29th December 2022 at 2:22 p.m. The person picked u I called this dealership to get an appointment to do a regular service in my Jeep Compass 2022 on 29th December 2022 at 2:22 p.m. The person picked up my call found all details about me and my vehicle using my phone number in the system and fixed an appointment for 10th of January 2023, but I didn't receive any email or SMS confirming my appointment. Therefore, on 10th of January 2023 I called the dealership to re-confirm the time of my appointment. Now they are telling me that they don't see any appointment under my phone number. Now they even don't see my vehicle in their system and they don't see any vehicle under my name. Therefore, they want me to schedule a new appointment for a different date. I asked them to pull the call records since I have the exact date and time I called them. They even rejected to do that. I'm so disappointed about their customer service. This is the worst Jeep dealership I have been so far! More
I found the vehicle I was looking for online on Carfax and went to the dealer first thing in the morning and went through the entire sales process with the salesman the sales manager and the finance manag and went to the dealer first thing in the morning and went through the entire sales process with the salesman the sales manager and the finance manager. We agreed to the price and I signed all the appropriate documentation for the vehicle. Before I signed I drove the vehicle and found that it was not processed by the dealership as it was completely filthy which is something we all expect when the vehicle is not processed. I spent the entire day on the phone with the salesman ensuring that all inspections by the service center would be complete before I bought the vehicle that evening. I was very satisfied that the salesman was ensuring that all inspections would be complete and resolved prior to picking up the vehicle. At 5 PM that same day I received a call from A sales manager who stated “I’m gonna hit you between the eyes“ who then proceeded to tell me that the vehicle was sold. Obviously I was very dissatisfied. The salesman never asked me for a deposit understanding that the vehicle was in filthy condition and needed to be inspected by me prior to purchasing the vehicle. After being notified by the sales manager that I will not be getting the vehicle I contacted the sales general manager rich young he told me that my information that I explain to him was not the saying that his sales team explained to him during his morning meeting. Regardless of this “Difference of opinion“ it would be most appropriate for someone to contact me letting me know that the vehicle was sold prior to me test driving it. This is a direct example of the supply and demand that’s going on and how dealerships will not be loyal to their customers. The game is on so I strongly recommend that you work with these kind of people in a very cautious fashion. I do not recommend this dealership in any way. More
During the week of April 10, 2022, I called and set up an appointment and spoke to a rep named Rita o get a brake controller installed on April 16. I was told while setting up the appointment that it would be able to install this on the 16th. Apparently, she did not bother to check to see if the parts were in because on the 16th Rita told me the dealership had to order the parts and it would not be able to install the controller that day. She said the total install would be over $2,500. That day the dealership removed the factory cigarette lighter and installed a round wheel controller for the device, which was the only piece of the part it had in stock. The next week I found a different controller and the total price installed was less than $500. I attempted many times to get a manager to call me back to schedule an appointment to remove the part it installed as it was no longer needed. I ultimately called several times to speak to the general manager. When NO ONE returned my calls, I got more and more insistent over the phone and cursed several times. It's been over 3 months and NO ONE has returned my calls. Obviously, this dealership is retaliating against me due to my complaints over the phone. I now have NO cigarette lighter and a part that is useless in this NEW vehicle because of the inept, neglect, misfeasance and retaliatory measures of the Jeep dealer. When I purchased the vehicle new from this dealer (second new purchase of a vehicle from them), I signed a maintenance contract to have service done at the dealership. Due to the obvious retaliatory measures this dealership has taken, I am rightfully very concerned to take my vehicle back to this place. My profanity and insistence to have a call returned does NOT give both the service manager and the general manager the right to ignore me. They have manipulated my vehicle in such a way to hinder its resale value and this must be addressed. More
Went to look at Jeep Rubicon Gladiator trucks. They had them advertised for 4 to $5000 under sticker. When I got there naturally those trucks were gone. They had just had a shipment come in earlier that day and had a gladiator on it. Looked at it and was interested till I got the initial price of $5000 over sticker. I am a small business owner and just pass along costs to clients but I would never intentionally gouge a client because could. I immediately was insulted and walked out because I would never do business with any business that thinks so little of their prospective clients. Just wanted the public to be aware that this seems to be standard practice for them. Good luck if you try and buy anything from this dealerlship More
I rate the dealership high even though Ram let us down. Regardless of the lemon truck, I don’t find the dealership responsible for that. We weren’t sure what to do but our salesman, Charlie Raybine, was humble and courteous and suggested we trade the truck. Well he made us an offer we couldn’t refuse and we left with a gorgeous new Challenger. No pressure at all. We took our time and talked about it for a couple of hours before we made our decision. Charlie was patient and respectful. Our finance officer, AJ, was also a very courteous and professional gentleman. Although we were heartbroken about the truck, that new Challenger makes us smile. Charlie is an asset to Sarasota Dodge. He even called the next day to make sure everything was ok. If you’re in the market for a new ride, give Charlie a visit. You won’t be disappointed. More
Simply put, if you go to this location you need to ask for Ryan K. If he is not there then don't come back until he is there. I immediately liked him as a person, but I still did not think that he would be able to make the deal happen...well good thing I am not a betting man! Ryan K is the only way if you are going to buy from this dealership. More

Ryan was easily the best experience I’ve ever had at a dealership! 5 stars from start to finish! He was very personable and informative but with joy and happiness. Our sales person was Ryan kuncio and he was amazing! I would give Ryan a 5 star easily. He took time to show us every detail of the vehicle we were looking to buy. He didn't try to waste our time. We came in with a very strick budget and didn't want to play the back and forth game with the finance or managers and he understood that. I would go back to any dealership that he would work at. As far as our interaction with the rest of the dealership. We had a mediocre experience. No one was rude, it was not bad or pressured, but there were alot of inflated fees that were redundant or unnecessary completely. Paperwork fees of 900$ and then a few of 250$ for the ladies in the back to file paper work. I would not buy from the dealership myself unless they were to shave some of their padded expenses, but would 100% buy from Ryan! More
