Absolutely terrible. From the first contact to the last. I scheduled an appointment to see the Jeep-392 that was advertised on FB marketplace. Scheduled to see the vehicle 10:30 in the morning to see the vehicle at 3pm that same day. They sales person Ron Morice had the audacity to show the vehicle at the 3pm time, with drugs(Marijuana) still in the Jeep. The glove box was filled with ketchup and fries, it was missing all the door screws, chips in the top, no owners manual, no floor mats, crappy tinting and broken rear window defrost. They actually had the nerve to try to debate these things and didn't even care about the condition they were showing the vehicle in. I made everything clear that I wanted, which was everything listed above. I really wanted this Jeep. Mostly because it is a 392, but the color was the biggest draw and everything else just fit perfectly. The issue for me was that none of the several staff members gave a crap that they had do e nothing to clean out the 77k plus vehicle I was buying. None of the things I asked for were done at the time of signing were done. But, they were promised. The date of purchase was done on 11-18-23. I had to push to get the floor mats over a month later. Never got the owners manual or the tool kit that comes with all vehicles. This is a 2022, btw. I did get the missing screws finally and the interior missing handle for the rear seat But the absolute worse part is every time I reached out to someone at the dealership, they would kick me to someone else. In the end, this buying experience, which I was so excited about was ruined by horrible customer service. Not by just one employee, but, by several. BTW, I got the vehicle detailed at my home because they could not keep their word. They did reimburse me after I contacted the GM. No email or phone call apologizing!! And, a month later for the detail, 2 months on the reimbursement. This is how they treat you after spending over 77k on a Jeep. I have nothing good to say about this dealership. I would not recommend them to anyone. I'll be contacting the better business bureau. Just a very unprofessional place. More

We made an appointment to see it and they told us it was just sold when we arrived, 30 minutes later. They convinced us to buy a different more expensive car. Today, Dec 30, the same thing happened. I was looking for a car for my son and they advertised a great deal on a used Jeep on their website. We made an appointment to see it and when we arrived they told us it was in one of their other lots in Lakeland or Orlando and would have done put down a deposit just to see it. They tried to convince us to buy a brand new Jeep. More
Major SWITCH BAIT. Price online is cheap and way more $$ in store. They are not upfront and just pretend to move numbers around but walking out cost does not change. Very high prices for cars, new or used, . Very unfair practices, sliders so that you are hit with all kinds of extra charges. Great cars but horrible dealership. Look at other cars and dealers. Stay away from this car and or dealer. Just too expensive for oil changes, used cars, repairs, new cars, just way over priced with total neglect of ethics, professional integrity or manner. Stay clear. More
Got SCAMMED 2 nights ago! ! This car dealership WILLINGLY sold me a used 2013 Chevy equinox with 146,000 miles for my daughters 16th birthday for $10,000 and after 4 hours AND ! Got car history report a day late and showed 2 car accidents and 2 title liens and most likely an AUCTION CAR! PLEASE GET A CAR HISTORY REPORT IF YOU BUYING A USED CAR HERE! If you sign “As Is” YOU ARE STUCK WITH IT! And as in my case, a junk car for your daughters 16th birthday worth $1,100 trade on KBB! More
Took my Wrangler in for an overheating issue. RITA service advisor tells me she has “bad news” & I need a whole new engine & that my head gaskets were warped & quoted me at $13,000!!!! I said DO NOT TOUCH IT!” Took it took a Jeep mechanic & he put a new thermostat in & she runs perfect! WHAT A SCAM!!!!! HORRIBLE service department!!! I am now trying to get a hold of a manager & of course nobody will answer the phone. AVOID this stealership at all cost! More
They wanted to give me pennies on my trade and then tried to get me to sign for $987 a month for 90 months on a used $27k used jeep. Most disrespectful experience ever!!
