2017 Lincoln MKZ I always research the cars I want to buy on the internet before before actually looking in person. I found the Lincoln MKZ I was looking for on Santos I always research the cars I want to buy on the internet before before actually looking in person. I found the Lincoln MKZ I was looking for on Santos Fords lot. Since it is a used car there were a few little cosmetic issues on the vehicle that most car dealerships and cars salesman would say these are things that come with a used car, however Jeff at Santos Ford asked if I really wanted this car & what he could do to make me comfortable with buying it. I told him my concerns with the cosmetic issues & went out his way to ensure those things were fixed at no charge to me or increase on the sticker price of the vehicle, just so I was comfortable with my purchase. I love my new MKZ & Thank everyone at Santos Ford for their great customer service. More
