I live in Idaho. Outstanding Dealership and staff. A bucket flew out of a truck and went under my 2024 expedition last night and tore off the lower valance air dam. I went to Price Ford this morning and Albert Ramos service advisor took my car in and they removed the broken part so I could drive and inspected underside of car for damage. They didn’t even charge me. Several years ago I lost the rear differential seals on my 2011 expedition while traveling here. They took my car and repaired it under warranty and got me back on the road. If I lived here they would be my go to dealership for all service , repairs and vehicle replacement. Ed

Horrible experience on two vehicle purchases at the Ford Store in Morgan Hill. The final event included me ordering and placing a deposit on a vehicle then when it came in I was told it was an additional 4K added to purchase price the vehicle and if I didn't want it they would sell to another buyer. I contacted ford but apparently their customer service is just as bad as their dealerships. They claim there is nothing they can do they cant even contact the dealerships they supply vehicles to. I would recommend purchasing a different make of vehicle but if not defiantly do not purchase a vehicle form the ford Store in Morgan Hill CA.

First Pickup - Christopher F150

This is our first time driving a pickup every day...so we're Leasing it for this term. It happens to be our third (overall) Lease through McAuley Ford-Patterson since 2011 beside our purchase of an Explorer . I have known the McAuley team since 1990 in Merced and have appreciated their attentive Service teams and friendly and knowledgable Sales teams in Patterson and in Merced. They have given us the time to talk things out and not be pushy as I had experienced with a dealership not too long ago who was wanting my business. I will stick with McAuley as long as they continue on their personal service.
