If a part needs to come from Italy, the dealership represented by Pedro makes every effort to keep me on the road while the part travels from Italy to Santa Monica. When I wait for a repair to be done, I am always offered water or other drinks and snacks to keep me occupied while I wait. Recently my parking lights went out, I drove to the dealership and although they were clearly having a busy day, I was put in the line up and less than an hour later left with both bulbs replaced.
