I talked to a number of sales persons in the process to buy my Ford Transit cargo AWD, they are all very professional and respectful; very knowledgeable about the vehicle models and features, answered all of my questions with precise information; It was a very smooth and pleasant process to work through all the options with the finance department and I was given a very fair and competitive offer on finance. The vehicle was delivered to me with no extra charge and with a full tank of gas. I highly recommend to talk to these guys for your next vehicle purchase More
My own experience going to Santa Monica Ford it’s a wonderful & ease of buying or leasing. First their sale Rep. in particular always we deal with for years is Bob Kane. You tell what you want and what car you need he take note and bring it to you with no hustle. The place and the rest of the staff: it’s clean and friendly. You will be greeted with a smile and feel very welcome, but they don’t harass you. You are free to roam around and when you ready you are welcome to request for help. If they don’t have the car or truck you wanted they will find it for you. Doing paperwork it’s a breeze. Yes they offer extra care but if you don’t want they don’t insist and move on to finish your contract. Overall FiveStar for me! More

My in car communication was not working with voice commands which definitely makes it much safer for the driver to speak on the phone or send text messages and Shawn the Service Advisor had the techni commands which definitely makes it much safer for the driver to speak on the phone or send text messages and Shawn the Service Advisor had the technician Jose who also has an Android phone fix it. Over sticker greed, out of control !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! If you are interested in the mustang GT 500 Shelby with the golden ticket or without the golden ticket, This location is not the place for you unless If you are interested in the mustang GT 500 Shelby with the golden ticket or without the golden ticket, This location is not the place for you unless you don't care about money. This location has to be the highest in over sticker greed so far in the state of California. I won't even go into the fact of how the phone receptionist sounds so depressing and so unprofessional to customers, that's not what this rating is about. I spoke to a salesman by the name of Howard, who then informed me that the price for a mustang GT 500 Shelby with the golden ticket package is $55,000 over sticker added to the original MSRP and that a standard GT 500 Shelby is over sticker by 35,000 extra to the MSRP. People listen to me out there when I say that if you really want this car at a reasonable price you are better off buying it out of state. At some point I will post a YouTube video of locations where you can go with dealerships that treat customers way more fairly than places like this. On an ending note to all mustang fans and enthusiast who is searching for this Shelby GT 500 with or without the golden ticket package, I wish you luck out there and finding the best deals that you can but if you're really looking for a good deal it will not be in the state of California. If you do find one in California which I doubt,then you're lucky. Avoid this location at all costs. Trust me! More
