His confident low pressure style worked for us We returned twice before purchasing and when we were ready we got what I believe is an exceptional deal on a Ford Flex. It is ideal for our current needs, Thank you Vernon for taking such great care of us. We came away feeling like we got the perfect car and had a very comfortable purchasing experience. Great service! I brought my 2017 Expedition in for service and my service advisor was Mario Rea. He gave me an estimate for oil change and multi-point inspection. When I asked if the vehicle needed anything else, he said it might need 2 air filters but he would have the mechanic check them before he replaced them. When I asked if I could get a spare key made, he took care of it. I am very happy with the service at SM Ford. Mario Rea is courteous, efficient and professional.
