Car was returned from an oil change with the engine light on. Does no one check these things? Turned out to be a simple fix but it took half an hour to try to find the service advisor before the shop forema on. Does no one check these things? To provide great service, you have to have a service oriented culture. But there were too many people just standing around and telling me that I needed to deal with the (AWOL) service advisor. More
I’ve never had the same experience, my service advisor and his manager had very bad attitude that day was wondering who’s gonna deal with them. Got charged for a recall BMW issue which is Unbelievable. On X5 they gave me double charge and I got the car fix at Bob Smith BMW for 1k less. My car was stuck there for a long time regarding my service advisor problem and especially his manager (Chris) He said you must to wait 30 minutes to (Shane) get back which is wasted my time about 45 minutes there. Hope someone take a look on my review and STOP this time. More

I worked with Shane Vidanage--he was helpful and outstanding. I was in a terrible pinch after my car wouldn't start when we were trying to evacuate. I needn't a new battery and new tires and he took outstanding. I was in a terrible pinch after my car wouldn't start when we were trying to evacuate. I called explained that I needed rear brake pads, and made an adjustment for a couple of days later. I showed up at 9:00 am dropped my car off. Then at 12:30 I called to check on my car. Sal called back made an adjustment for a couple of days later. I showed up at 9:00 am dropped my car off. Then at 12:30 I called to check on my car. Sal called back a few minutes later to tell me they didn’t have the parts. It took them 2 days, and having my car 3.5 hours to tell me they couldn’t fix it. Just disrespectful of my time and horrible customer service. More
I set an early appointment a month prior for a routine oil change. I arrived before they opened, and then they suggested that I leave the car with them for the day.
