My car died upon my arrival in Santa Monica- and I happened to be 4 blocks from the dealership. The team at the dealership handled everything over less than 48 hours, replaced my hybrid battery and ha happened to be 4 blocks from the dealership. Poor experience all the way around. I had asked the service manager to work with a different service rep because of a prior poor experience, but the new service rep just handed me off I had asked the service manager to work with a different service rep because of a prior poor experience, but the new service rep just handed me off to the previous rep. Additionally being given a quote to replace a battery that was changed less than 2 years ago - in a car that's not used often - seems downright shady. More
