It was a busy afternoon when I was picking up my car and returning my loaner, but there was one person that went out of his way to make sure I was ta It was a busy afternoon when I was picking up my car and returning my loaner, but there was one person that went out of his way to make sure I was taken care of from grabbing my loaner from the parking lot, to checking it, to making sure my paperwork was at the cashier, to making sure I didn't wait too long to get my car. The final outcome was fine, job got done, and Wheel and Tire Package company covered the cost, as they should, is the only reason I'm putting 2 stars instead of 1. If it was just about the service and communication by SM BMW it would definitely be a 1 star. Communication extremely poor. Leave messages and no response for half a day. Literally had to come in physically to get an update. Came in one morning for an update and told parts would be ordered and we would know the approximate timing of arrival. I didn't have time to stay to hear the news and asked my Service Advisor Alex to call me sometime, anytime, that day to give me the ETA. No call, no communication. Since there were no loaners available, and literally no effort to even check if a loaner could/would be available, I had to rent a car. So the lack of communication when I'm spending over $100 per day on a rental exacerbates the annoyance of the whole process. I will now go out of my way to use another BMW Service Department. More
