Hard to get a service rep on the phone, but appointments seem easy enough to get online. Once there, everyone is affab;e and easy to talk to. Less attitude than in prior years. The part was $455 but then they charged another $400 to "register" it with BMW, also a mandatory charge. They said installation would be about 45 minutes but that registering it online was more labor intensive. What an arrogant crock of xx! Can't wait until affordable electric cars become more available. More
