I went to the agency today, mid-morning. They were so busy that I couldn't even be attended. I was also told, that just to check on a simple problem I'd have to leave my car there for about They were so busy that I couldn't even be attended. I'm glad the company is doing so well but not impressed with the lack of service. I was told I could halfway across town to see if I can get service. Or out of town. Is this the famous BMW car care? I'm thinking of selling my car for one that has accessible service. It won't be a BMW. More
