I went to the dealer in response to a recall. Intake was fine with an estimate of a couple of days. After several days I contacted the service rep and was told that the engine was disassembled, Intake was fine with an estimate of a couple of days. As a second weekend without a car approached, I said I needed a loaner for the next weekend. I received no call about that, so on Saturday morning my husband and I went to the dealership to request a loan car. The loaner agent there was no help, but he summoned a superior who was able to secure a car for us. This experience was quite unpleasant. I am sorry for the bad review, but it seems unprofessional to treat a BMW driver for many years like this. More
