Horrible. Came in with no appointment because I got a flat tire out of no where and live near by and thought it was the best solution to drive there before my Came in with no appointment because I got a flat tire out of no where and live near by and thought it was the best solution to drive there before my tire loses all the air. But the entire experiment was horrible. The sales person I worked with was not pleasant at all. He was rude and disrespectful to me and as a longtime customer of BMW I was very upset. They did not take any photos or videos when I asked them to check under the car after replacing the flat tire and they had time considering I had to wait a full day for the tire to come in and left my car there. They said the wheel was bent and recommended a new rim but then followed up on the sheet saying I declined at this time for new rim….. I was never called about the bent of the wheel, so how could I have declined? I actually had to call to see when my car would be ready and had to leave a voicemail and got no reply or call back. It had to take me to walk over and ask if my car was ready. Then the manager, who by the way was the only positive to this experience lifted my car back up and checked himself stating he is unsure why they recommended a new rim when it was fine. They also didn’t do an adjustment which is weird when you replace a tire. More

Manfred/service tech was helpful in dealing w/the warranty repair and keeping me updated. The Loaner coordinator desk was not a good experience. The "coordinator" had my name and # for 2+ days and warranty repair and keeping me updated. The Loaner coordinator desk was not a good experience. The "coordinator" had my name and # for 2+ days and didn't bother to contact me. I finally left him a voicemail on day 3 and never rec'd a callback. If no loaners, I can deal with it but have the courtesy of returning the ph call to tell me either way. Friends who bought competing "luxury" vehicles (MB, Genesis, audi etc) the last few years tell me they have yet to experience an issue obtaining loaners during service appts and my car was in their shop for 4 days. More

There is usually someone there to greet you when you arrive. I am checked in quickly, and the loaner car is ready a few minutes after the paperwork is completed.
