Quick appointment and fast service. I had a tire replaced. They are generally responsive and were able to accommodate a same-day oil change. I had a great deal of trouble getting through to the service department and finally decided to take a chance and drive in without an appointment. Chris took wonderful care of me and squeezed me in to ma service department and finally decided to take a chance and drive in without an appointment. Brought in car at 10AM for a simple oil change and air in tires and they said it would be ready at 3PM. But didn't hear back. I waited until 5PM to go check on it and they said it's almost ready. It took the tires and they said it would be ready at 3PM. But didn't hear back. I waited until 5PM to go check on it and they said it's almost ready. It took them more than 30 min to bring the car out. When I was about to drive away, I noticed that the change oil light was still on and the tire pressure was still on so I had to come back for them to reset it. Always a poor customer service job every time I bring it in there. More
