It took 7 calls, messages and texts to get a response for recall appt. No bueno. Very grateful for the team that washed my car. Took my service lady 2 hrs to call me from when service team fixed car. The issue with my car was very minor, no repair needed, just confirmation of the problem and then to clear the error on the dash. my appointment was for a recall notice but while i was there it turned out i also needed an oil change and other fluids, they also checked the brakes and found the rotors had barely anything left. they w there it turned out i also needed an oil change and other fluids, they also checked the brakes and found the rotors had barely anything left. they were able to manage all the repairs in a day and a half and get me my car back for the weekend. it wasn’t all happy news but all was handled quickly and professionally. they also sent me a short video of the brake inspection.
