We were Lucky they have the tire we needed in stock. But that’s where the good news ended. They took 30 minutes longer than they estimated to put it on, proceeded to wash the vehicle after even though w But that’s where the good news ended. Pretty bad experience. Very expensive service (i.e. $270 for an oil change!?!) Some other charges, had no choice. I asked for a large loaner cause I have 3 carseats and I was given an X3 that required an oil change. The guy at the loaner drove off with the loaner with the 2 seats in it after I told him DO NOT take the car. Overall terrible experience from start to finish. Only good thing was Cesar managed to get the car back to me same day. More
