Left car for regular service. No free ride nor loaner offered, or was available when making appointment online. Car held up for 2 days, where they only completed regular service No free ride nor loaner offered, or was available when making appointment online. Car held up for 2 days, where they only completed regular service which should have taken a few hours only. Said there is a problem with brakes and that they will repair under warranty. Called back and said they don't have the parts, so I have to take the car out and they will call me back when parts arrive. Took my car out and still don't have any idea when they might call me with the parts arriving. Asked to wash my car 3 times and still got there and the car was not washed. Today, a sign came up that the car needs service. They didn't even re-set that, I don't understand how they worked on it that it still shows service needed. More

Like another reviewer, I stick with SMBMW because of Caesar. I just wish the techs could get the tire air pressure right and be clearer about their recommendations (e.g., if you think I need a new batte Caesar.
