Brought my car in for a the front collision car randomly braking. It was there for over a week and I picked it up with them doing basically nothing to fix the issue and the car auto braked again immediately braking. It was there for over a week and I picked it up with them doing basically nothing to fix the issue and the car auto braked again immediately the same day of picking the car up. This is a serious safety issue that should be taken more seriously and fixed. More

When someone did, the person did not know how long the service would take and wanted me to track down the service representative to find out. I asked this person if they worked in the same facility and could she find out. She finally did, but not without me suggesting it. More
