Cesar my service advisor is a nice guy and easy going. He wa pretty transparent. However the rest of staff are short and have a good amount of attitude. Also, the constant upsell to to things not necessary at an ridiculous price makes you guys lose trust that you're just trying to get money out of your customers and you don't really care.
