Pablo, my service advisor, is the best. He took very good care of me and my car’s needs and was able to have my extended warranty coverage taken care of in a very timely manner. Was waiting to pick up my car for too long. They wiped a windshield with a very dirty cloth, making it worse. The staff wasn’t friendly. They wiped a windshield with a very dirty cloth, making it worse. The staff wasn’t friendly. More
My car has two open recalls on it, so I scheduled an appointment to have these taken care of. The car is currently non operational, possibly as a result of one of the recalled issues, so I had it towed appointment to have these taken care of. The car is currently non operational, possibly as a result of one of the recalled issues, so I had it towed to the appointment. However, despite having a scheduled appointment, the service advisor refused to look at the car once I told him it was non operational, stating if he couldn't drive it, he couldn't work on it... this was weird, it's a mechanic shop, I feel like it's fairly normal to have cars towed there. Additionally, I had noted the fact that it wasn't currently drivable when I scheduled the appointment, so this shouldn't have been a surprise at all. The advisor was extremely unprofessional, rude, and obviously unhelpful. He never even laid eyes on the car, so it’s extremely confusing how he could have blindly decided what was or wasn't wrong with the car, or if it's current issues are in anyway related to the open recalls. The advisor said that he was ultimately basing his decision on my description of the problem, which was that something had overheated and melted under the hood… I’m obviously not a mechanic, but this seems like a rather vague description and seeing that one of the recalls specifically mentions the safety risk of “If Overheating Occurs, This Could Further Lead To A Short Circuit Or Melting At The Connection.” - I would have thought my description would have warranted a peak under the hood. Irregardless, it definitely doesn't seem like the safe or responsible thing to do to turn the car away. More
