Crystal was very nice and had the service completed in 1. 5 hours. Only issue was the pricing on the CBS Vehicle Check cost $250. Not sure what exactly I am paying for on that cost. 5 hours. There was little to no communication, especially in regards to how long the service would take. Our service technician did not respond to at least 3 text messages and 2 phone calls.
