I received excellent service while getting my scheduled maintenance. Appointment was easy to make, staff was courteous, and it took less time than I anticipated, considering high number of vehicles waiting maintenance. I brought my 2019 330i in for a routine oil change and was told I needed an additional service check that cost an additional $250. When asked why my car needed this check, the service rep could not explai was told I needed an additional service check that cost an additional $250. When asked why my car needed this check, the service rep could not explain himself, only that he would not reset my service light if I did not agree to the check. After the service was complete, I did not receive any proof of service or a detailed invoice showing what had been done, only that my car passed the inspection. I have been bringing my cars to this location for over a decade and have never had such bad service. Very disappointed. More
I was called on Thursday to pick up my car, I came on Friday and my car was still in the shop with the hood open. They made me wait an hour. When I received my car, passenger restraint function error was Friday and my car was still in the shop with the hood open. They made me wait an hour. When I received my car, passenger restraint function error was on and the backseat very dirty. I asked what was going on, they took my car in for another 30 minutes and told me that the technician who changed the AC filter didn't connect the airbag. After I left, I realized that oil change wasn't done although I was told in initial dropoff that it would be done. I paid $1630.66 for a tire and AC filter replacement and that wasn't even done properly. I will be unlikely to have any desire to use BMW Santa Monica in the future. More

The staff have a real couldn’t care less attitude, they capitalize on the exclusivity of being the nearest service centre and as such, have NO idea what good customer service is!
