The wait time is a little too long. Standing waiting for the service rep to come to the desk , waiting 15-20 minutes for the car to come out after checking out. The man who brought the car was lovely and apologized but the service rep should at least say sorry for the wait. He did contact me to let me know car would be ready the next day and I appreciated that. More

My entire experience was clinical, robotic and impersonal outside of Suza. She was wonderful. I understand my reason for coming was a recalled airbag but I would never buy another BMW or go to SM for anythin outside of Suza. She was wonderful.
