Chris was a 5 star guy as always - however in dropping off the car some of the guys were rude and wouldn't move a car up so I could pull in so I had to sit in the street for 35 minutes ... Never has that happened before ...I did complain to the manager and said this is not the BMW I know and he did call and was great.. But the guys who take your car at the top off need work Thanks More
