My service advisor, Pablo Penilla, never called me to let me know my car was ready for pick up. I called BMW Santa Monica at least 3 times because every time the receptionist/operator transferred my call to me know my car was ready for pick up. Pablo told me that my car would be ready around 3pm (I dropped it off at 7:15am) and it wasn’t ready until after 5pm. When I arrived to pick up my car Pablo wasn’t even there. I wanted to talk him about additional services I need done to my vehicle and help scheduling those services. More

Hassle free appointment, good partial payment Uber arrangement, car was ready on time. The only suggestion I have is that when you call a customer for pickup at a given time lets say 530pm, then the b arrangement, car was ready on time. BMW had our car for 1 month, and ultimately the diagnosis was that a subscription was expired. This seems like something that should have been solved in a day. We are still skeptical of this diagnosis and asked the dealership to give us a trial membership to confirm this would fix our problem, they said they could not. We asked if we could purchase the subscription ourselves and if it did not fix the problem can we get refunded - again, we were told this was not an option. Long story short, our car was gone for 1 month and absolutely nothing was fixed. And the bigger issue is that this problem began after the car was brought in for another service. More
