Pablo assisted me with the process if getting my i3 serviced. Very professional and helpful. I don’t understand why people complain about wait times to get their cars after service. my appointment was for a recall notice but while i was there it turned out i also needed an oil change and other fluids, they also checked the brakes and found the rotors had barely anything left. they w there it turned out i also needed an oil change and other fluids, they also checked the brakes and found the rotors had barely anything left. they were able to manage all the repairs in a day and a half and get me my car back for the weekend. it wasn’t all happy news but all was handled quickly and professionally. they also sent me a short video of the brake inspection. The issue with my car was very minor, no repair needed, just confirmation of the problem and then to clear the error on the dash.
