Everyone was very nice and helpful. A loaner car was not available. but it was mentioned that BMW has a contract with Uber in which they can take me home and bring me back. I have taken my car in for service 3 times within 6 months. My brakes were replaced on my first visit. I don’t think the customer service provided was professional. My service adviser didn’t take my co months. My brakes were replaced on my first visit. I don’t think the customer service provided was professional. My service adviser didn’t take my concern seriously when I got my car towed in due to a caliper falling off. The poor communication didn’t inspire confidence in the quality of work and left me not knowing how long I would be without a car with no loaner provided. However, I give 5 stars to the excellent service provided by the service manager at the end. More

Air filter, spark plugs, oil change and inspection took 8 hours. No call back on eta of when the car would be ready. Once i got the notification the car was ready. Great communication, great follow up, and when there was a miscommnication about an issue with my car they made plans to go above and beyond to resolve my issue even though I was in error.
