If I could give 0 zero star I would. Having warranty is absolutely meaningless with BMW. I gave my car in one condition and recieved it back, completely wrecked. i had called and left messages 2 WEEKS AGO, with no response back. Shameful, will be taking legal action. Santa Monica BMW is not my normal service center, I stopped by to get a last minute oil service completed. I understand I did not have a scheduled appointment, but I opted to choose those specific loca stopped by to get a last minute oil service completed.
