Prices are significantly higher than other BMW dealer service centers. I have not had an issue with work done, team is nice enough, but I will not go here for a repair or service that isn’t covered by wa service centers. Horrible communication. No promised updates (even when repair of additional issue was delayed by 72+ hours; I had to call and text repeatedly to find out what was going on) No promised updates (even when repair of additional issue was delayed by 72+ hours; I had to call and text repeatedly to find out what was going on); and -- after the car was ready -- they let me drive off without telling me that they had re-set all my dashboard settings AND the lights (which meant the first time I drove after dark I didn't immediately realize that I had no regular beams on per the default setting that I had on the car when I brought it in); and had wiped out the synch with my phone. Indifferent attitude too about the non-communication when I had to follow up. More
