This visit was terrible from beginning to end. I have been going to this location for years and never had such trouble. The receptionist was rude and got my info incorrect, my appointment was chan I have been going to this location for years and never had such trouble. The receptionist was rude and got my info incorrect, my appointment was changed and when I arrived it was like I was a bother, I was not allowed to buy/order a tire over the phone (so I went elsewhere), my car took 20 minutes to come to me at pick up, and no one responded to my text messages. Needless to say I was less than satisfied. More

Top tier service visit. I had a roadside emergency and the BMW transport with Mike was excellent. Then, the dealership team took over and did a wonderful job. Cristal was super nice and helpful and assisted me right away. My car needed a wash after lots of driving and they made it look brand new. The issue was fixed quickly and my car is as smooth as ever. My usual service rep, Pablo, was on vacation and I feel like there was no thought or consideration given to what really needed to be done immediately and the service department took advantage of the situat like there was no thought or consideration given to what really needed to be done immediately and the service department took advantage of the situation.
