I brought my car in for routine oil change, but they returned the car with a cracked windshield. Further I asked 2x to make sure my car was washed which they confirmed 2x, but then when I went to pick u returned the car with a cracked windshield. Further I asked 2x to make sure my car was washed which they confirmed 2x, but then when I went to pick up the car it was not washed. They did not notify me about the cracked windshield and instead I had to point it out even though it was clearly visible as it stretched across the drivers side windshield. They argued with me about liability even though the car was spotless when I brought it in. At first they said it would be over a week before they had an appointment time to fix it. I asked that they order all the parts so that I could have my car back immediately. I dropped it off on a Tuesday morning and they told me it would be done on Thursday afternoon. Come Thursday they said Friday then come Friday they said Monday. It ended up taking them an entire week and then when they returned it, the windshield was scratched. Terrible communication throughout! I wouldn’t recommend this BMW to my worst enemy. They are unprofessional, rude, and don’t know what they are doing. Save yourself and don’t bring in your car here to service. Go to Beverly Hills BMW, they are outstanding! This place is disappointment every time I’ve ever been. More
The recall service was performed well as far as I can tell the people who handled my car when I brought it in and picked it up were professional and courteous. My reduction in the rating was with respect to the following: When I scheduled my appointment, it was not made clear initially that the recall could tak multiple days. After discussion with the service rep on the phone they said it could take a second day so I waited to schedule the service until a loaner car was available. When I dropped the car off for service I was told it could take a week and that they needed to order the parts for the recall even though I had made the appointment several weeks in advance. I also found out when filling out the forms for the loaner car that I was limited to 50 miles per day. I potentially had a trip over the upcoming weekend that could have taken me over the mileage limit, in which case I would have been charged $1 per mile. This seemed unfair that I would be limited since I am leasing my car can can’t use it because of a recall, that is a BMW issue. While I did not go over the limit, BMW should reconsider its policy on loaners in the case of recalls. It ended up taking 3 days for my car to be serviced so was not an issue but still feel it is unfair for BMW to charge for loaners under these circumstances. I am a long term and loyal BMW owner am sharing these views in the hope you address these concerns for future customers. More

They used the recall service to recommend $3,000 of other repairs. I had them do the less expensive ones. I took the car to another repair shop. They said the work wasn't needed. More

I had over $7k of work done on my vehicle. Service was awesome and they gave me a good discount which brought the cost down. I did purchase the Oil Change program since I know I will keep the car for a long time and SM BMW will be the place I am committed to for their fine work. More

At 4:30, I received a text, a video showing me the service, with captions, telling me I needed a new battery. That's it. No price, no form to accept, no ability to contact the service rep. I called but of course could no reach him - I never can. He called 1 1/4 hours later with an exorbitant price. I accepted anyway and he said it would be done the next day, early. At 1:30pm the next day, I had heard nothing. I called and, of course, could not reach him. The car was not ready until 3:30pm. This is inexcusable service. I will not be returning to SM BMW for service. More
