This is my first time at this service center and the service was fair at best. Nothing exceptional. When I told the technician there was an issue with message on the screen, he said I would have to sche service was fair at best. Nothing exceptional. When I told the technician there was an issue with message on the screen, he said I would have to schedule a separate time to come back and then when I picked up my car, the tire sensors still didn't work. This time around, BMW help me with a loaner when the rental I received was awful. The service center was much better than BMW National, who was awful. rental I received was awful. The service center was much better than BMW National, who was awful. More
Everything here is great, but really disappointed that customers have to pay for their rideshare ride after dropping off and picking up their cars. We are paying for luxury cars and luxury service, and th customers have to pay for their rideshare ride after dropping off and picking up their cars. Vastly improved. you can tell that they have invested time and energy into streamlining their service business with a focus on customer service. Frankly, I used to ha you can tell that they have invested time and energy into streamlining their service business with a focus on customer service. Frankly, I used to hate bringing my car here --- but it was the closest shop. That said, I will happily go back ... they def invested time and resources into making customer service on the service dept a big priority. Top tier. More
Poor recording keeping wasted my time as I had to triage between two different service locations to prove that I had a prepaid maintenance package through BMW. Upon pickup, my service was priced 2x over wha between two different service locations to prove that I had a prepaid maintenance package through BMW. Upon pickup, my service was priced 2x over what I was quoted. The disorganization, and seemingly fraudulent behavior was hard to ignore. In the end, my car was serviced, but my trust and time were not respected. More
Disappointed with Service Quality and Communication Brought my BMW 330i in for a paid inspection before an upcoming cross-country trip, and the whole experience was disappointing. My a Communication Brought my BMW 330i in for a paid inspection before an upcoming cross-country trip, and the whole experience was disappointing. My advisor promised updates and said he’d come get me when the car was ready — neither happened. After hours of silence, I had to check in myself multiple times. When I finally got an update, I was told I could either “get my car in 20 minutes or wait 45 minutes if I wanted it washed.” I chose to wait, but after about another hour with no communication, I went back in and was suddenly told it was “all done” right as I walked through the door. It felt like they just disregarded the wash and just said that to cover it, because the car wasn’t washed or vacuumed at all either. What also confused me is that I was apparently due for my oil change membership service — which I didn’t even realize. Looking back, I thought that type of service normally includes a quick multi-point inspection by default, so I’m genuinely not even sure why I paid $276 if a similar inspection is part of the regular service visit anyway that is included in my service membership. The inspection results themselves don't make sense either — apparently my brakes showed no wear at all compared to my last visit months ago and several several thousand miles later, and they also claimed the pads had gained material. Aside from that, I specifically mentioned a noise coming from one of my wheels and clearly explained I was 99% sure it wasn’t brake-related, because it doesn't happen when I brake. Yet the inspection report addressed it with a generic “brakes may be noisy” note. I don’t think anyone intentionally did wrong, but the lack of attention, communication, and basic follow-through really stood out. For a premium brand, you expect more care, accuracy, and transparency about the work being done. More
