The tried to upsell me on thousands of dollars of fixes I didn’t want, told me I needed a new battery after having had a brand new battery put in the day prior, and then after refusing to do work they still didn’t want, told me I needed a new battery after having had a brand new battery put in the day prior, and then after refusing to do work they still charged me for an hour because “the tried.” This place is a joke and should be investigated for fraud. Kye and finance manager were great and willing to work with me. Pre-owner manager was slimy and sold me a car with one key fob (wasn’t told until after the deal was done). I asked him to support getting a with me. Pre-owner manager was slimy and sold me a car with one key fob (wasn’t told until after the deal was done). I asked him to support getting a second fob to enable phone as key and he said no and I had to pay additional. I was willing to split difference. Overall, just not an honest transaction. More
