I was promptly greeted and offered a cup of coffee and doughnut while the service writer dealt with the crowd. When it was my turn in line I explained that I had an appointment that I needed to get to and he told me he would do his best to get my vehicle completed in time to do so. I had scarcely finished a cup of coffee when my pickup appeared in the parking spot for completed vehicles! More
