The sales person could not find the second key and the book as it was a Saturday i was understanding. She promised that she would locate the key and personally bring it to me on monday. Well Monday came s book as it was a Saturday i was understanding. She promised that she would locate the key and personally bring it to me on monday. Well Monday came still no key or book. Kept getting the run around saying it had been ordered due to the fact they could not find it. Then it turned out that it was to be ordered frist thing tuesday. Well tuesday came and they found the key. I recived a call from the sales person and she told me that she would be bringing me the key and book this evening. Well as it was getting late i tryed to call her work cell phone no answer and no voice mail set up. I sent her a text asking about the key. Moments latter i recived a call from the sales manager stating that his sales people were too busy and that she would not be bringing me the key. Unhappily i aggred that the key and book could be mailed to me he promised to over night it to me the next day so we will see if i recive it on thursday. I am vary happy with my car. Yet i am unpleased with the sales people as they make promises that they cant keep also dont have voicemail set up on their work cell phones. If i had it to do over again i would not buy a car from this location due to the poor sales people. The sales person that cant stand on her word is Kelsey James. More
