Would not recommend getting service here, Lisa with the service department prioritizes others who show up without an appointment before those who do have an appointment. First time down there I waited an h service department prioritizes others who show up without an appointment before those who do have an appointment. First time down there I waited an hour to be helped(with an appointment), and then 3 hours inside waiting for my car to be returned for an oil change. Second time down there(had an appointment again), sat in my car for well over 45 minutes with two cars ahead of me, who the service department confirmed “it just got busy, sorry” and a car that showed up 30 minutes after me, the car behind me that showed up way after me received help and was taken back while I was still waiting to even be seen. Idk about others but I expect an oil change appointment to take an hour at most from when I made the appointment, not an hour of waiting and then 3 hours of sitting waiting for my car. That’s literally four hours of my day for an oil change. I would recommend going anywhere else, where generally it takes 30 minutes for an oil change appointment. Worst service department I’ve ever been to. 0 out of 5 stars. More

Worst dealership ever. First time I took my car in, they told me they required a $300 "deductible" to exercise my warranty! Obviously I'm not stupid so I took it somewhere First time I took my car in, they told me they required a $300 "deductible" to exercise my warranty! Obviously I'm not stupid so I took it somewhere else free-of-charge. The second time I didn't have a choice, so I took my Jeep in for a recall. The next day my radiator got clogged and there was a 1" cut under my radiator hose. It looks like the cut was made with a scalpel. Seems like a criminal enterprise in my opinion. Stay away! More
We have had bad experiences with Santa Maria Dodge dealership. On my 2011 Jeep they tried to charge me 1800 dollars to fix a electrical problem and it wasn’t the right fix. I took it to another Dodge dealership. On my 2011 Jeep they tried to charge me 1800 dollars to fix a electrical problem and it wasn’t the right fix. I took it to another Dodge dealer from SLO and they fixed the problem with less than 300 dollars. This was 3 years ago. Now I took my Ram 3500 diesel to them for a DEF system service and paid 400 dollars now I have an antifreeze leak that happened after their serviced my DEF system and they want to charge me 85 dollars to diagnose the problem they caused. I treat my vehicles with so much care and Santa Maria Dodge is just trying to take advantage of people. They do not want to stand by their work or their word. Horrible mechanic service. I am taking this to the BBB and making sure they don’t do this to anyone else. More
