Absolute Waste of Time. I contacted Juan Zarate, Internet Sales Manager. He suggested a preapproved application, I agreed and completed one online. I heard back from Mr. Zara I contacted Juan Zarate, Internet Sales Manager. He suggested a preapproved application, I agreed and completed one online. I heard back from Mr. Zarate via email. He instructed me to make an appointment to see a vehicle. BE AWARE: do to an identity breach, I was aware that there was erroneous information on my credit report and I was pretty sure that my score was low and had problems. Knowing this, I asked him if he had reviewed my application. He wrote back saying not only had he reviewed the application but his sales manager had as well. He said with incentives, I was assured I could get into any NEW vehicle. I explained I didn't want to waste time for all involved but he assured me he could finance a FIAT 500 for what I had down, $2000, no problem. He just needed me to come in, try out a vehicle and then be on my way. I proceeded to go in for a visit, met with him and drove a FIAT 500. Then, as were getting to actually purchase the vehicle, he asked if I had any more to put down. I told him NO. He then went to his Sales Manager and came back saying I wouldn't be able to get into that car for anything less than $3000-$4000 down. Needless to say, THIS WAS A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME. HE LIED, MAYBE NOT INTENTIONLLYALLY BUT AS IT ALL SHOOK OUT, I DIDN'T GET FINANCED AND WASTED THREE HOURS GETTING TO AND FROM THE DEALERCHIP AS WELL AS TEST DRIVING A VEHICLE I HAD NO CHANCE IN PURCHASING.
