Firstly RSM Ford is where I purchased my F-150 hybrid. Matt sold the truck to me by locating a truck that essentially matched the configuration that I built online. They called me to inform me of the issue and created my service time to my liking. Another Matt met me and took care of things. This guy is very personable and friendly. My truck was complete and washed in time for me to attend an evening commitment as I requested. RSM Ford is a dealership that can be trusted and desires to keep us customers happy.
