My car-buying experience at Santa Cruz Toyota began positively through the Costco Auto Program. Unfortunately, it immediately deteriorated when the dealership overcharged me for a cat shield, well abov positively through the Costco Auto Program. Unfortunately, it immediately deteriorated when the dealership overcharged me for a cat shield, well above the listed price on their website, and telling me "It was a deal." What started as a promising and transparent process turned into a case of deceptive upselling. Any sense of goodwill, trust, or loyalty was lost at that point. I submitted a refund request more than two weeks ago, and despite multiple follow-ups, I have yet to receive my money back. This delay is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of accountability and customer service. I will not be returning to Santa Cruz Toyota and will actively discourage friends, coworkers, and anyone else from doing business with them. A dealership that engages in practices like this does not deserve anyone’s trust or business. More
Absolutely insane waiting times and no way to make an appointment and have someone actually begin working on your car when you drop off. I was talked into a maintenance plan that covers oil changes and t appointment and have someone actually begin working on your car when you drop off.
